Davenport, Iowa (November 13, 2018) – The Figge Art Museum will hold the final Free Family Day of the year on Saturday, November 17. Museum admission will be free all day with scheduled activities from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
Watch the annual holiday parade in front of the museum and then warm up inside with hot cocoa and treats and a variety of art activities for the entire family. From a selection of films in the second floor John Deere Auditorium to storytime with Davenport Public Library, there will be something for everyone.
Guests will be invited to view the current exhibitions including: French Moderns: Monet to Matisse, 1850-1950, William L. Hawkins: An Imaginative Geography and John Bloom: Close to Home as well as the newly refurbished Family Activity Center and more!

About the Figge Art Museum:
The Figge Art Museum is located on the Mississippi
River in downtown Davenport at 225 West Second Street. Hours are from 10
a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday and Sundays noon to 5 p.m. Thursdays
the museum is open until 9 p.m. Admission to the museum and tour is
$7 for adults, $6 for seniors and students with ID and $4 children
ages 4-12. Admission is free to Figge members and institutional members,
and free to all on Thursday evenings from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
