Description: Assists with research, planning, and implementation of a variety of education programs, including public programs and teacher programs. Participates in education programs.
Duties/Responsibilities: Researches education programs. Prepares educational materials for family programs and assembles teacher packets. Assists with education programs as needed.
Required Qualifications and Skills: Upper-level undergraduate or graduate student with a major in art history, museum education, or art education; must be detail oriented and have research experience and computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Experience with museum education or art education programs.

Application Process
There are no application forms. Applicants must specify the department for which they would like to be considered. All applications must be typed and should include:
- A cover letter including the applicant’s name, home and school addresses, telephone number and email address.
- A full résumé of education and employment history.
- Two letters of recommendation.
- Official transcripts from all universities attended (undergraduate and graduate schools).
- A separate list of relevant course work, including art history, arts administration, studio art, education, marketing, business and other courses related to the specified department.

Following an initial review of the applicants, a small group will be selected for either an in-person or telephone interview.
Education Department applicants will receive final notification by April 15 for summer internships and July 15 for fall internships.
