An annual favorite, the Figge Mother's Day Champagne Brunch offers a special treat for Moms and loved ones. Served in the dining area off the main lobby overlooking the Mississippi RIver, the buffet offers and abundance of fresh fruit, pastries, scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon and sausage, and a ham carving station. A complimentary glass of champagne will be offered to all adults. Coffee will also be served, with juices and other beverages available for purchase. This year, an added bonus is a tour of the new exhibition Mother and Child: Henry Moore's West Dean Tapestires. Museum docent Linda Lewis will lead two tours exploring the mother and child theme so prevalent thoughout art history. From Renaissance masters to British modern artist Henry Moore, the wide range of examples in the collection may surprise you!
